We guarantee your reservation 100% with our “guaranteed reservation service”. We have a 50% minimum deposit on booking. There are no refunds for cancellations, no shows or early departures. Even after 6PM on the day of check in; your reservation is held & guaranteed.

If you are going to be late please advise if you are on the Meal Plan and we can arrange to have a veggie and cheese tray in your unit awaiting your arrival, in lieu of dinner.
